“We wanted a special day bringing together culture and traditions”
A Greek Orthodox wedding is an ancient and meaningful ceremony symbolising love, mutual respect, equality and sacrifice. Greek weddings are about family and formal traditions from the old country to the modern touches.
If Greek wedding ceremony is very formal, the reception is a pure moment of festivities with traditional food and music. The evening often begins with a Champagne reception before the bride and groom make their entrance. Local wine and drinks are served throughout the night. During the reception, the guests are invited to get a turn dance leading by the Bride, the Groom and the immediate family.
